Poppy Pippin Design Studio is partnered with the University of Plymouth, the leading institute for environmental research, to scientifically test and refine different moss cultivation methods. The team, led by Izadora Kervin installed over 100 tiles on campus in September 2026. The experiment will take place for 6 months, monitoring moss growth and how this is affected by temperature and weather patterns.

Moss Tiles featured as part of Ketley Brick's display at E.H Smith Showroom for Clerkenwell Design Week. E.H Smith were highilghting UK Brick and Tile manufacturers as part of this year's theme. Sitting alongside Moss Tiles were Ketley's Biodiversity range including the Planter and Bee Bricks.

Organised by South West Fest and part of the Inside Out Festival in the City of Westminster, Moss Tiles was showcased at the entraceway to Pimlico Library. The art trail featured 17 artists in different venues across South Wesmtinster, showcasing work that aimed to inspire and spark conversation around the local environment and the climate crisis.

During July 2025, Moss Tiles was on display in a shop window on Deptford High Street as part of the Deptford X Visual Arts Festival. The window display featured a panel of tiles with and without moss, as well as initial prototypes of hand made tiles with different textures and patterns.

Moss Tiles made a prominent feature on Ketley Brick's Surface Design Show Stand at the Business Design Center in Islington, London. Moss Tiles were also featured on Sally Angharad's Surface Spotlight Live, a collection of curated innovative materials.
