Returns & Refund Policy
If you wish to return non-faulty items, a full refund can be issued within 14 days of receipt, excluding the delivery and return fee. Items must be in a re-saleable condition on return and wrapped in the original packaging to prevent breakages. Please contact Poppy Pippin Design Studio if you wish to create a return.
Proof of Posting:
We strongly advise obtaining proof of posting for your own protection when returning goods. Proof of posting will assist in tracking any shipment that is reported lost, damaged or undelivered. We will not take responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
Damaged items:
If any breakages occur in the delivery to the customer, these will be replaced free of charge. Please report any breakages and damages to packaging as soon as possible.
